Colorado Town Raises Fines for 'Bear Selfies'

We live in a beautiful place with a lot of amazing things among us here in Colorado, but some people just cannot get the fact that you have to keep your distance from some things... You know, like the bears.

When you see one, you should probably go the other way, or at least leave it alone. Instead people are grabbing their phones and taking selfies...

So, today Aspen announced that they are raising fines for people who try to take pictures with or harass the wildlife to $250 for the first offense, the second is $500 and the third is $999.

You know because the fact that these things might eat you isn't good enough reason anymore...
