Dierks Bentley loves Colorado so much that his next album is called The Mountain, and it's only fitting that the country A-lister has just announced the creation of a brand-new music festival set in the Colorado Rockies.
Billboard reports that Bentley's first-ever Seven Peaks Music Festival will take place in the town of Buena Vista over Labor Day weekend.
Miranda Lambert, LANCO, Sam Bush, Elle King, Brothers Osborne, Del McCoury, and The Cadillac Three will perform, with additional acts to follow. Bentley will also perform at least once per day at the event.
"I don’t plan on sleeping,” Bentley says. "I plan on either being on stage or in the campground, high-fiving people, handing out free beers…When people look back on this festival the first year, [I want them to say], 'Gosh, he was everywhere! No one was having more fun at the festival than Dierks was.'"
Tickets and camping passes go on sale on Friday, April 20 at 10 a.m. MT.
