Colorado Town May Use DNA Testing on Dog Poop

I have a corner lot, so at least once or twice a week I get to clean up some strange dog poop in my yard. Cleaning up strange dog poop is kind of like cleaning a strange kids diapers, always way nastier than your own.

So, needless to say, I really hope this happens, and then moves to our city.

Breckenridge is considering DNA testing dogs living in town-owned apartments in an effort to solve the problem of pet owners either failing or refusing to clean up after their dogs.

They use the poop's DNA to find the dog, and the owner gets a nice little fine.

Please make this a law everywhere!!
