Maybe it's just me, but I don't have the time in my life to put random liquid in old soda bottles, duct tape the bottle, and then throw it in the river. But there are people out there who must have way more free time than me...
More than 50 bottles, described as sealed 12-ounce hard plastic bottles wrapped in duct tape, containing flammable, corrosive materials that are "hazardous to human health," have been found in Colorado rivers recently.
They have all been in mountain towns in Garfield, Eagle and Pitkin counties, and sheriffs there are warning people not to mess with them if you see them.
Curious minds wander, and I want to know why... There has to be a reason someone is doing this, and what could this liquid possibly be?!
