There will be a lot of people getting married on Wednesday this week. It makes sense because it is the one day of the year where we celebrate love, Valentines Day.
If you are one that plans to tie the knot this week, you probably already have plans, or you should, but in case you don't, here is a good deal for you.
For the 11th straight year, judges and clergy will be performing free marriage ceremonies for couples on Valentine's Day at the Denver Clerk & Recorder's Office.
There will also be food and beverages available, plus giveaways throughout the day.
Just a little bad news, a study says couples who get married on Valentine's Day are 37% more likely to wind up getting divorced.
If you still want to risk it, the free marriages will be performed Wednesday, February 14 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Webb Building at 201 W. Colfax, Dept. 101.
