Aggressive Llama Captured in Fort Collins After Six Month Chase

After six months on the loose, the most sought after animal in the woods, outside of Bigfoot, has been captured.

The sometimes shy and other times aggressive llama that has been spotted in the Bobcat Ridge Natural Area since May, was captured Sunday. Fort Collins Natural Areas staffers wrote on Facebook and Twitter that the “elusive stray llama” had been captured, along with a picture.

Right now the llama is inside one of the natural area's sheds because it tried to squeeze under the corral's fence, but the folks there are working to find it a permanent home.
