There have been many reports recently of mysterious water bottles covered in duct tape showing up in river banks in Colorado. Why might you ask? Officials believe they are filled with materials used to make meth. The purple, or sometimes blue liquids in these bottle are both corrosive and flammable, and according to the Garfield County Sheriff's Department, are hazardous to human health. So if you see a bottle floating down the river, don't try and pick it up!
