Mark Wahlberg's Daily Routine

I don't know about you, but I am not a morning person. If I wake up before 9 A.M. and can get through the day without taking a nap, that's a very rare occasion. So when Mark Wahlberg released his daily schedule down to the hour I couldn't even read it with out feeling exhausted, but this poor guy actually tried it himself!

From waking up at 2:30 AM, intense workouts, and even cryo therapy he did it all! You can check out the full story at the link attached.

If I were to try this myself, here is how it would go:

- Alarm goes off at 2:30 and I hit snooze.

- I wake up at 10 A.M. knowing that I wasted more than half of what would be a day in the life of Mark Wahlberg.

- I tell myself "I'll try again tomorrow" for the next four days until eventually I give up and forget about it.
