Okay, summertime means sunburn unfortunately but these at home remedies are a game changer.
Did you know the menthol in shaving cream can help cool the burn in your sunburn?
What about oatmeal.. did you know that if you stuff and olf sock with some and hold it against your sunburn during a cool bath it an take away the inflammation?
Tomatoes are also a great home remedy.. if you eat a bunch or soak in the juices it can help soothe your skin.
Another good one you've probably got laying around in the fridge... YOGURT. Lather it on your skin and leave for 10 minutes and it'll help repair your skins natural barrier.
This one is interesting.. baking soda helps too! Toss a little bit in cool bathwater to help soothe inflammation (soake for about 20 minutes)
