Eddie Chickened Out on Talking to Eric Church in Public

Eddie had the perfect moment to talk to Eric Church in public and he chickened out.

At his kid's baseball game all the dads talk and have gotten to know each other so they know he’s on the radio. They will sometimes ask which recent guests came into the studio and they think he’s well connected.  

The other day while at the park, Church was there because his son was playing on the team against his sons'. All of the dads pointed him out and thought Eddie knew him since he’s so “well connected” with all the celebrities. He explained that he’d only met him once and didn’t want to bother him while he was with his kids. Church started walking over towards them and he was going to say hi, but he walked right by and they didn’t even make eye contact. Now all the dads know he’s not as well connected as they thought.
