A Louisiana mother is being praised for her creative thinking after her son was suspended from school for three days.
Demetris Payne posted to a local Facebook group on Friday that for his 3 day suspension, her son would be doing free yard work to anyone who needed it as his punishment.
Payne let people book her son for a maximum of 3 hours for no cost at all. There were several requests for work from raking to cleaning gutters.
Now her son is back to school after his punishment and ready to get things back on track.
