The legendary country star is returning to the competition show alongside returning coaches Niall Horan, Snoop Dogg and Michael BublÊ, The four artists teamed up to tease the upcoming 28th season and reveal the premiere date in a promo shared on Instagram on Monday (July 28).

âI love to encourage,â McEntire said of her experience on The Voice in a previous interview with iHeartCountry. âI canât tell anybody, âDonât do this. Go get a job. Youâre not suited for this.â But the way that we get to do the â I donât say critique â advice, itâs helpful advice. Itâs not tear-down. We want to lift up. We want to inspire. We want to encourage, not tear down. They get enough of that out there in the world.â
McEntire also announced on Monday that âthe countdown is on,â to the premiere of the new season of her sitcom, Happyâs Place. The NBC comedy also stars McEntireâs boyfriend, actor Rex Linn, plus fellow Reba star Melissa Peterman, Belissa Escobedo and others.
