Ashley McBryde will no longer perform her upcoming shows, citing “personal reasons” for the cancelations in a statement shared to her Facebook page. The statement from McBryde’s team reads:

“Thank you all for the well wishes. For personal reasons, Ashley will not be performing for a few weeks. We will share more details regarding when she will be back on the road as soon as they become available, but she wants you to know that she loves you all and misses you and will be back soon stronger than ever!”

McBryde has been on the road with Dierks Bentley and Travis Denning on the latest round of Bentley’s “Beers On Me Tour,” which kicked off in late May with a few festival headlining acts and extends into September. McBryde recently marked her fist No. 1 song with “Never Wanted To Be That Girl,” the smash-hit heartbreak duet with Carly Pearce. The two hit-making singer-songwriters — who wrote the song with Shane McAnallyshared a heartwarming video call as they celebrated the milestone.

“No. 1s happen often. First times happen one time. My first is with you,” McBryde told Pearce at the time. “I cant imagine it being any better than my first time happening with a sister that I love so much.”
