On Wednesday,The Hollywood Reporter broke the news that Beavis and Butt-Head creator Mike Judge will be reviving the beloved animated sitcom for Comedy Central in a two-season deal that could include additional spinoffs and specials.
In a statement, Judge said the show's dunderheaded duo will enter a "whole new Gen Z world," promising themes that will be relatable to both new fans and devotees of the series, which originated in the 1990s on MTV, Comedy Central's corporate sibling.
