The weather's getting warmer, and that means the food trucks will be rolling into town soon. After last years successful 10-week experiment at the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum, it is clear that Colorado Springs loves food trucks. Enough so that starting May 15th, 12 local food trucks will take up temporary residency every Tuesday from 11am to 1:30 pm in downtown Colorado Springs in collaboration with museum and the city. There will be a kick-off event on May 15th and Food Truck Tuesdays runs until October 30th.
This years food truck lineup is as follows:
Bison Brothers, Gray's Sloppers, The Hungry Pirate, Mateo's, Potato Potato, Smokin' J's BBQ, The Cupcake Doctor, High Grade, Lucy I'm Home, Patty's Gourmet Hamburgers, Sapo Guapo Tacos and Witty Pork's Woodfired Pizza.
