serves 4
1 bunch spinach 
1 pint fresh blackberries
4 green onions (scallions), sliced
1 kiwi, sliced
1/4 cup pecans
2/3 cup bowtie pasta, cooked
 
Agave Vinaigrette
2 tbsp agave
2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
 
1.In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, blackberries, green onions, kiwi, pecans, and pasta.
2.Toss the salad with vinaigarette or serve with dressing on the side.
